How the company works
T-Socks has been running knitting machines in Istanbul since 1996, long enough that most of what the factory does now was learned the hard way, order by order. The company works as a manufacturing partner for private-label and OEM buyers, covering everything between a first sketch and a container leaving the port: material sourcing, sampling, bulk knitting, packaging, and the paperwork that gets a shipment through customs. Buyers come to T-Socks from campus stores, gyms and studios, sports teams, and retail programs that need a factory that answers the same way twice.
T-Socks is set up as a manufacturing partner rather than a print-and-ship supplier. A buyer brings a sock type, a rough spec, and a target market; the factory brings the yarn knowledge, the machines, and the export process to turn that into a shelf-ready product. Development, sampling, production, packaging, and export documentation all sit under the same roof, which keeps a single point of contact for the whole order instead of splitting it across separate vendors.
T-Socks has operated since 1996, running 100 knitting machines with a capacity of 30,000 pairs per day, close to 780,000 pairs a month.
T-Socks has operated since 1996, running 100 knitting machines with a capacity of 30,000 pairs per day, close to 780,000 pairs a month. That scale is built for repeatable commercial programs rather than one-off runs, so a specification approved in sampling can be reproduced at volume without drifting between batches.
Address & base
The factory and main office sit in Bayrampaşa-Zeytinburnu, Istanbul, at Maltepe Mah., Davutpaşa Çiftehavuzlar Sok., Acar Sanayi Sitesi No:16 Kat:2/19. Being based in Istanbul keeps the factory close to yarn suppliers, freight forwarders, and the port, which shortens the distance between a confirmed order and a shipped container.
In-house R&D
An in-house R&D department supports new materials, technologies, sample preparation, and buyer-led specification work. New yarns get tested against the construction they're meant for before a buyer commits to a bulk order, and the same team handles the sample rounds that confirm fit, handfeel, color, and packaging ahead of production.
Materials on the floor
Sock programs run across natural yarns such as cotton, organic cotton, bamboo, merino wool, silver thread, and hemp, alongside technical yarns like polyamide, polyester, elastane, thermolite, and coolmax. Which yarn fits a given order gets confirmed during briefing and sampling, based on how the finished sock will actually be worn.
What buyers order
The service list spans private-label and OEM sock manufacturing, custom packaging, and sample development, plus product lines built around organic cotton, sports, wool, alpaca, linen, and blended yarns, along with pilates and yoga, casual, medical, and thermal socks. Each of these has its own service page with the specifics.
Export & response time
T-Socks exports worldwide, and quote requests get a reply within one business day so a buyer isn't left waiting to hear whether an order is workable.
